Mr K. S. Heng / Chairman

Mr. Heng qualified as a Chartered Accountant in United Kingdom. He has over 35 years of experience in Finance and Management. He is a practioner of a medium size Certified Public Accountants Firm in Hong Kong and is a Director of five public listed companies in Hong Kong.

Mr W. S. Siu / Director and Chief Executive Officer)

Mr. Siu graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has more than 25 years of semiconductor experience, including over 3 years as a Project Manager, 2 years as Q.C.section head and over one year as a Testing Sales Manager. He is a Professional Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers U.K. and the Institution of Electrical and Electronics Engineers U.S.A.
